Cardiff by the Sea remains steady with only a slight dip in pricing over the last six months. Coronado has experienced a drop in over all real estate pricing Q4 2011 to Q1 2012. La Jolla real estate prices seem to mimic Coronado with a bit more drastic decline in pricing in December 2011 heading down into 2012. Del Mar real estate pricing saw a bit of an increase in Q4 and set to decline slightly in Q1 2012.
