We contacted Dawn after reading many positive reviews online. I had already been shopping for a home prior to getting pre-qualified, and I had gone through a couple other realtors before finding Dawn. I was beginning to get disillusioned in ever finding the home for me, because I felt like I had to push my realtors to help find me a home. They just didn't seem motivated or positive about finding me the perfect home. Thankfully, we met Dawn and we felt she was on the same page with us and for us. D. Payton

She helped quickly sell a house in Carlsbad (well within our target price range - and within weeks of listing) and found us a brilliant place in Rancho Santa Fe with short-sale pricing. She navigated the short-sale purchase in expert fashion, and we closed in record time. We want all of this to happen really quickly, and she handled it all with grace and professionalism.
